Christian Leigh Shipp is a wife, mother, student, and writer--not necessarily in that order. She earned her associates degree in General Science in 2014 from Johnson County Community College. She earned her BA in English and Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University. She plans on continuing her education even further by attending grad school. She is a member of the International English Honor Society.  A Witch’s Promise is her debut young adult fantasy novel and her second novel, Daughter of the Usurper, just released May 2023. When she is not writing, working, studying, or mothering, she can be found with a book in her hand under a thick cozy blanket or in the kitchen baking up sweets for her family to enjoy.
